I, Eclipse, say that Derose, our 1st lt., should get a demerit because he goes to hard on the members and he chooses random people that joined in like 1 or 2 days to be a higher rank. Yesterday, for the drills and bct's, he told the captain, Pepper, too go with the members when i think he should sit out. this is why i think derose deserves a demerit. Thank you!

Ahh, I don't know how I am going to hard, I am trying to make us better. I don't like the playing around during meetings. And drills. Thanks.
